Terms of Use
These terms apply to this website and to the project information BidDirective provides.

What this service is
BidDirective identifies and reviews commercial construction opportunities and provides summaries intended to help a contractor decide whether a project is worth further review. The summaries are decision support. They are not estimates, takeoffs, bid documents, or professional advice.
What this service is not
- We do not estimate work, take off quantities, or price scope.
- We do not submit bids, sign documents, or communicate with a general contractor on your behalf.
- We do not guarantee that any project will be awarded, or that any volume of work or revenue will result.
- We are not a party to any contract between you and a general contractor, owner, or supplier.
Accuracy and your own review
Project information is drawn from documents and sources that may be incomplete, superseded, or changed after we review them. Bid dates move, addenda are issued, and scope is reassigned.
You remain responsible for verifying every project against the current bid documents, addenda, and the general contractor's instructions before relying on it or submitting a bid. Where our summary indicates that information was not provided or requires verification, that is exactly what it means.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your company, scope, and territory.
- Verify project details against the source documents before bidding.
- Use the information we provide for your own company's bidding activity.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, layout, and design, belongs to BidDirective. Project summaries we prepare are provided for your company's internal use and should not be redistributed as a commercial product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidDirective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the information we provide, including lost bids, lost profits, or costs incurred in preparing an estimate.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date shown alongside this page will change. Continuing to use the website or the service after an update means the updated terms apply.
